Flattener reseting all the toolbars in autocad

Everytime we run drawing flattener it basically resets all the toolbars in autocad to where the user has to put all their toolbars back out and resets the ribbons, is there anyway to stop this to where our users dont have to keep redoing their layouts.

I haven't found a way to stop it completely but there are ways to easily reset them back. You can have a user create a workspace and profile to reset your AutoCad session too when you go back into AutoCad after your flattener session. For whatever reason there is a specific profile that the flattener uses and it resets it for all sessions of AutoCad.
