Hi To All, i would like to ask everyone how you could easily copy a modelled cable tray to a new model file without losing database attributes for mto. Im currently working on a workshared project who initiates a cable ladder routing, they modelled all the cable ladder in one model file, but since we do it a modularization per unit we need to chop each cable ladder. I tried to copy clip using Microstation command, but since it cut out the end RCP one line, i found it will lost all the data and it will converted only as a graphics. Any advice?

Hi,
I discussed this issue with our designers and they sited same problem.
The workaround I would suggest is as follows,
With help of your PDS administrator, create new raceways model for each required level using the Copy Model command in PDS PROJECT Administrator. What this would do is , it will create copies of original model with all tray data inside it.
Then you can open these models one by one, change sheet name.then delete non-required trays from each model.

once this is done, do load database. That would populate correct data for each model in the EE schema.
