I guess Intergraph is trying to kill AutoCAD P&ID and Bentley, Aveva P&ID tools with this.

Aveva has been really overhauling and putting tons of cash into their P&ID tool over the last year and some change. I think every vendors P&ID solution could use some work and they realize there isn't a clear cut leader in the clubhouse in that area.

if draftpro can be run standalone without autocad, it will be great.. but it's not.. >.<

lol its free with catches. but to think of it its not a bad way of making propaganda. also the fact you can with draft pro go from 2d to 3d is a great feature. so working with studies and bringing this into cadworxs for further detail. makes this a good tool.
