Thoughts?

I thought day 1 was good, just went a little slow. I also feel like the instructor isn't "into it" - nothing personal, just my observation.

Carl Brock. It's not so much the instructor as it is that the training all comes in a book. So we are paying a for the literature not so much the interaction. Though I must say they helped me with a reporting problem today that was not in the manual so it's not all bad.
