ERROR bad argument type: numberp: nil

This drawing is very strange, only catt is functional, the other P&ID tools are ineffective in this drawing.
when I use process line manager:ERROR bad argument type: numberp: nil
when I use the other tools: Unknown command "FUNC"

is there anyone encounter such problem and how to solve it?
