I seem to, for some reason, have different size text in my bubbles. All of the circle bubbles text comes out smaller than say the bubbles surrounded by the square.

If I double click on the text inside the bubble and allow for the Enhanced Attribute Editor to appear, when I go to Text options Height is set to 0'-0-3/32" which is incorrect. It need to be 1/8th.

I went and checked out the Xdin3_.dwg file in the Sym folder and took a look at the text settings and they were fine. So now I am confused as to what controls the text that appears on the P&ID's.

Would it be controlled somewhere in the LSP file?

text sizes in p&id attribute blocks are defined at 3 levels :
-the size of the original attribute
-the global text size (as set when creting a drawing or through the preferences)
-the individual text scale factor for the symbol (in Settings Manager, second window, first column, third field, the "Attribute Text Blk Scale").

this makes my text sizes 0.1 x 3 x 10 = 3 units (metric !)

This way you can scale attributes within a block, global and for each symbol.

a tip : to find the settings key of a symbol, type ' !TYP ' on the command line after placing the symbol, that will return the key (you van also mail me to get a routine that returns the key of any inserted symbol )
