How to draw it in AutoPLANT pid?

Please see the enclosed file named pic.jpg(http://www.plantsoft.com/download/pic.JPG),there is a red circle on it ,how to add the alarm mode such as "H" and "L" for the instruments?And ,the Instrument Fail Modes is not available when inserting an Instrument in Annotation Level 3 .Why?How to fix it?

Fail mode is available on control valves. On regular valves the field is called Valve text. If you started a drawing with level 2 annotation then switch to 3 you'll have to purge the block. Then it should work. Check your attribute visibility too, maybe it's unchecked?
