If I don't, there will most likely be inter-office violence. :)
also, make sure your selecting the "package" radio button.
btw, I now know your name and internal ip configuration...Nick

So here is what I came up with...
When I was backing up my project (packager) I was just saving the zipped files within the project so I know where it was being stored. Well obviously what the project was trying to compress and package was 2 project within each other. That is why it was unable to open that certain path. So just for future reference....

steps for packaging a project:-
1.To package a project, enable the Package Project radio button, then press Next
2.Press Select Project to display the Open Project dialog
3.Select the project to be packaged.
4.Type the appropriate directory and file name (.ZIP extension only) in the Select location for package zip file field, or press the Browse button to display the Select Project Package Zip File dialog shown below. This dialog enables you to select a location and specify the file name for the packaged project
Be sure that the location that you are giving for keeping your project package does not interefere with any other project.Bcoz where you will be keeping it,while unpackaging that path will be picked up by the project.ini file.

I know how to package, It was just trying to package all of my other backed up files that I had saved within the projects folder.

it's a good idea to clear your project folder of any rubbish (*.bak, copies of schema.mdb and project.mdb (that you SHOULD make when modifying views), ...) before creating a package, because that picks up ALL files in the project folders.
