New error message for me

I have a user that opened a piping model and got this API error message. Has anyone seen this? I have never seen this message before. I tried opening the file on my machine and did not receive this message.

I have seen that error in the past. Have not seen as of late thou.

Do you know what caused it? Also did it effect anything in the database? How to fix it?

It's a good idea to leave the PROXYNOTICE system variable at 1 so that the Proxy Information dialogue box opens and lets you identify which object enablers you may require in order to prperly display the funky objects.
