Hide / Coping not working

Oi! One of the guys here is having a problem with the coping command in the structural module. Basically, he picks the coping button and then it asks him to pick the second shape before ever picking the first...weird. On this same computer, when he picks the "hidden" shade, it blacks out what he wants to hide. I have updated his video drivers and re-installed the structural module. Does this happen to anyone else?

This problem do not happened of me in two years.So,I do not how to solve it.I suggest you try it in another computer.

I have done that but it still won't work...what did you do about it 2 years ago?

I just finished talking to a guy at Bentley support and depending on what version of Autoplant Structural and Autocad you are using, you go to the temp folder under Program Files\Bentley\Plant 2004\Structural R16\Tempi
and move the files to another folder...You might have to do it at each new session of coping, but it works...
