Believe it oor not, 20 years ago I had all these setvars memorized...
jharris
There is another variable called DIMRND that does the rounding.
tom
j, It is set to 4 but don't understand why it is rounding it up
jharris
Sorry, I was out installing Navigator. Sounds like set to 4 should be right...
tom
no 1/16 this is really strange
tom
set it to 3 comes out 1/8
tom
with it to 4 dimension comes out 1/8. set it to 5 comes out to 1/32
tom
J, they are both set to 4 which should be 1/16 right.
jharris
DIMDEC is the setvar for dimension units precision.
jharris
On the dimensioning thing: there is a different setting for dim precision than luprec.
tom
it either goes to 1/8 or 1/32 when I try to dimension the height of steel. I have a 12x53 beam which should be 12 1/16 high but the dimension comes out 12 1/8 ?
tom
For some strange reason I can't get the structral steel to round off to a 1/16. Yes I have ACAD Units Precision set to 1/16
