If you go to the following directory in your Bently folders you will see you already have this information installed to your machines.

C:\Program Files\Bentley\Plant 2004\AutoIsogen\isoutils.

you will find a little more info than on that webpage.

It works for me aswell now, so maybee my timing was bad :)
