I sent an email to Bentley support asking how to turn off the OSNAP settings that AutoPlant defaults to...I want my own settings to apply when placing components. This is the response I got:
"Be very careful when adjusting the OSNAP settings as much of our component placment functionality depends on these settings.
Changing them can be detrimental
That being said…….
I have had some users add the following to the very top of the their PID-SUP.LSP file.
(command "_.snap" "_off")
Again, be careful with this, as I cannot guarantee your results. "
Has anyone tried this out? Is this the way to go?
