Got another question.... if Isogen spits an error or message "txt" file about a component it gives the information:

ERROR ON COMPONENT WELD
COMPONENT IDENTIFIER AT_FE8KXQW9_1T
AT LOCATION -0.0004 -0.0004 -0.0004

Granted I can find the item at he coordinates indicated, if they are real and not relative, but is there a way to locate the item itself by the identifier name like "AT_FE8KXQW9_1T" ?

Is there some query you can run in APlant to take you to the item?

Thanks for any and all help,
John

Yes.
If you are in the piping model, you can use View Database and find it in the list. If you wanted, you could also configure AutoPLANT Selections to select only the one component (by ID), pass it to View Database, and then zoom into it from there.

You can also use the AutoCAD Group command. As well as the AutoPLANT identifier, it is an AutoPLANT group name.
