When I right click on the View Motor List and select Edit I get the following error message: The View <Motor List> is already being edited by user. No one else is in the system and I have everything closed except the Data Manager. I selected Motor List and selected New and gave it a different name. I then tried to edit it and it gave me the same error. None of the other views give me this error. Any thoughts?

I don't know if this is the correct way of doing this, but...

Find your RebisView table (in the schema mdb if you're using Access) and scroll right all the way to the end. Check and make sure that there is nothing in the CURRENT_USER column for that particular view.

Derek, you're correct, that is a value that hasn't been cleaned up correctly.
