Selection Groups

It would be nice to be able to select by a defined group of objects.

How would you define that group ? Based on the content of database field or so ?

Fe all items with service = oil ?

I would like to be able to select a group of objects, and then add them to a selection set. So that if I need to select them again I just pick on the selection set. Now that I think about it, it's more of an Autocad thing.

Ever used the 'group' command ? It does exactly what you want and it's basic AutoCAD.

Ah, yeah I know about the command. I have never tested it out in the autoplant environment though. Does it maintain the data integrity?
