Most document management software works on the concept of 'checking in' the documents into a vault, where they are stored until you need to edit them again.
What would happen if you checked in the drawings from the P&ID\Drawings folder? Would the software 'freak' somehow if it didn't find the dwg files when you worked in Data Manager/the database?
