Blocked ISO Items

How can I get items to come in as blocks in the isos? When we have existing components on the iso, they show up as individual dashed lines? This aggravates me. I would like them to come in as single hidden lines or continuous lines so that I can change them. Or if it would come in blocked. When the Plotfile/Backing Sheet Format is set to Smart DWG, the items come in as blocks but leader text also come in as blocks so I can not perform a normal text edit.

Any suggestions?
