Not sure what is going on with this model but all of the sudden the Pipe Supports are Readonly xref.

They are in the models db.

Anyone ever run into this issues?

It looks to me like somebody is trying to edit a support that is actually in the model that is being Xref'd, not the current model.

Well last week after packaging the project up and sending it to them and also creating a new project on my local machine it still had the same issues.

Long story short I stumble over a fix. We made a back up of the model deleted it and then brought it back into the project. Same problem supports read only. So we left off there and Bentley rep was going to do some more testing.

Here is my stumble fix. I was cleaning up the folders with all the extra backups and packaging projects but when I was doing the I accidentally deleted the .mdb file for the model. Instead of calling IT for backup I figured I try and just open the model up once again in the project no luck came back with error saying it could not find models mdb file so scratching my head I went back looking in project folder and notice that the Steel model also has a mdb file I opened it up and it tables are blank. Fine they should be since steel doesn't have any piping in it. So what I did was made a copy of the steels mdb and renamed it to match the piping model name.

Once renaming the steel models mdb to the piping I open the piping again (through document manager) and it repopulated the database and now the supports worked once again.

FYI, I don't recall at this time if the Drawing Access mode was turn on. You may or may not need to have it on.
