wow, very interesting. I would not fire my boss. He is pretty awesome.

You know what my situation was. In a heartbeat I would let him and his manager go.

I haven't had seen or heard from my boss in over 6 months ... no, I wouldn't fire him.

I like the autonomy.

no really, he is pretty awesome. Lets me do my thing without interfering and he has all of our backs in time of friction, oh, and he is an avid gamer. ;)
