None of the piping supports I add to a sloping line stay attached to the pipe.
I get this error when I try and repair through connectivity checker.
"TOOL: The attachment's origin does not exist on the selected component's traversal."
Any ideas???

Julian,
We receive that same error even on pipe that is not sloped. We have erased and replace the supports and it will be fine then the error pops up again.
Are you able to run and ISO?

Have you tried using the shoe for sloped pipe? I know that this one works for us with sloped lines.

I'm using the Pipe Insulation saddle - under shoes. They still show up disconnected, but they do come in on my isogen iso's. That's good enough. It's just that I run the connectivity checker as an indicator as to what will end up on my iso's. I guess the checker is not the end all is it?!
Thanks for your help.
re-name attached file to attloc.ebs and copy to ...\program files\bentley\plant xm\modules\base\piping\util\
restart autoplant and supports will now place correctly on sloping or mitred piping
