Brandon and Ron both get a thumbs up from me. I'm just glad they aren't dull tech support kind of guys, they make it so much easier to pick up the phone and call them. Then again... maybe I shouldn't be saying this :)

Brandon and Ron both get a thumbs up from me. I'm just glad they aren't dull tech support kind of guys, That is so true. It is nice to be able to have some fun while trying to get problems resolved. BUT man I thought I was the MAN :)
