ACIS Blocks Disappearing

I inserted some ACIS blocks of Rotork Actuators (from their web site) into an Autoplant model, and they randomly disappear in Navigator after first showing up.

Usually they disappear after they are rotated in AutoCAD and the reference in Navigator is reloaded, but sometimes they just disappear after a reference reload with no change in AutoCAD.

If I make a copy of the block to create a new instance and delete the old one, the new one shows up, but eventually it vanishes too.

Getting a little tired of it, and I know all of my actuators will disappear for good during a client review.

Anybody seen this before?

JD: What version of AutoCAD are you using? Is the solid in an XREF? I have never seen this happen but am interested in seeing if I can reproduce it.

Hey Joel, nice photo.

ACAD 2008 with P.Nav. V 08.09.05.70 (if it matters).

And the solid is not xrefed, I'v just referenced the model straight into P.Nav.

I couldn't reproduce this with the same SAT blocks in AutoCAD 2009 and Projectwise Navigator 08.11.07.87. Neither could I with AutoCAD 2006 and 08.09.05.70. I know this is not exactly your configuration but at least I tried. :(
