Execute the Database Integrity

In the past I have done this Database Integrity & Dabase Maintenance in Pure SP3D Project, but now I afraid of to execute these command in GWC and integrate environment project.i don;t know my procedure can be using in the situation
Who can tell me that I can do it or not or you have procedure for me reference.
Because of I need to tunning database performance.;)

We schedule Defrag and Backups every night and do DBI and Clean twice a week. We ask each satelite in the workshare to also perform a clean once a week.
