View Full Version : Exported equipment is imported as piping

Hi,

We just upgraded to v8i and exported an old xm project to a new v8i project to play around.
We found that when you import equipment and select the relevat equipment folder of the new project, the equipment is listed under piping in the document manager and will only load piping when opened through the DM. Ofcourse you can then load equipment too to edit the equipment, how ever the equipment should be listed under the equipment list in DM, not piping.

Anybody got an idea how to prevent this?

What is the path for EQP_DWG in the project.ini file? Is there a EQP_DWG?

The REGAPP of the equipment document is incorrect. In your case it's AT_PIPE but should be AT_EQP.
You can check and change it via the Relationship Manager

I checked yes there is.
