Has anyone used it to convert Imperial Catologs to MMETRIC?

I have converted our standard Imperial Specs to MMETRIC in the past but did not think about looking at all the data in the fields. Well I just found a conversion error in the weight field. I happen to find this because I needed to put in a different schedule 2" inch pipe in the MMETRIC spec. So I go into the ansi-asme.mdb MMETRIC catalog to copy out the new schedule pipe I needed and for kicks I looked at the weight field for the schedule pipe we have already in our spec and guess what the weight in the ansi catalog is 5.439 where in my converted catalog it is 2.4544. Now what do I do. Do I need to rebuild all our metric specs from scratch? URGGGGG

I took a quick look at other fittings, reducers, flanges and they appear to be okay. It seems it is just the Pipe that is not converting correctly. That won't to be bad to correct manully since we don't have a wide range of pipes in our specs. PHEW... If it involved all the other fittings I don't think the powers to be here would be to happy about it.

I have used the converter on several occassions with the very same results. Pipe always seems to be problem. I have not been able to findout why though. if you find something please let me know

I sure will. For now I am just editing them manually. :(
