2d to 3d consistency reporter

I was just looking through some help files for PA and noticed a tool called '2d to 3d consistency reporter' and can been seen in the following attachment.

Has anyone ever heard of this? If so, what is its functionality and where could I get my hands on it? I am assuming it is for shared 2D/3D projects which will show inconsistencies between what is on a model vs. what is on a P&ID such as service. At one point I have created my own reports to do this, but it would be great if there is already a tool that does all of this...

Any information would be great.

it should be installed with the rest of the software, check the tools folder, it should have a shortcut to '2D to 3D Consistency Reporter'.

Have used it before with mixed success. When it works it works great otherwise not unlike lots of Bentley stuff you have to just live with what you get. Give it a shot and let us know
