What video card should I be using? I'm running a dell 390 workstation with 2 GB of memory and a ATI FireGL V3400 card. I'm getting the blue screen of death every other day and the model is still small.

Do you get any messages when it reboots stating what cause it to blue screen?

I had the same thing happen on my home PC when it rebooted it stated what caused the blue screen. It was a driver of some sort but not sure what it was for. I downloaded the latest drive at work (because at the time I didn't have DSL at home) installed it and haven’t had a blue screen since. Knock on woody….

it is a video driver error. I have doubled check the driver and it is the latest and greatest. I just wanted to check and see if the video card I have was the common for what the rest of the group used.

From my experience with the BSOD, it generally turns out to be some kind of driver problem or a memory defect. I have a Nvidia in my machine but I have used both ATI and Nvidia for some time with no BSOD problems.
