I successfully associated .jpg, pdf etc. to my project/components...Is it possible to associate a webpage?

You can associate a physical file. A webpage or hyperlink (url) is not supported. I suggest you put the hyperlink in a word document and import that into Doc Man / Vision

and of course you can put a hyperlink directly in your AutoCAD dwg
