The perfect project

As much as I try to create a crapless project there ALWAYS seems to be bad data in there somewhere. No matter how hard I try, how much of a nice guy/prick I am to the users, I am always clammoring to separate the tears from the wheat come report time. Do your users conform to your standards or do you wind up having to spend alot of extra time filtering/deleting?

nature of the beast, sometimes they follow sometimes they don't. That is why they are called users and not administrators I guess.

I had to come in here once I saw the thread title "The Perfect Project". Don't you know Bentley put a bug in their software so it wouldnt be perfect? Ok so I'm kidding, but you are right, it seems everytime you are on a roll with a great project, one little things screws it all up.
I know on a project we had here, there were probably only 3-4 drop outs on our custom line list report. Somehow something happened somewhere and it crashed... :evil:
