In case you didn't notice, you now have a bar that appears on the bottom of your screen that looks like this

This bar contains Live chat options, private messaging options, and translation options.
To access the live chat feature, click on the icon that is second from the left. This will open up a small window at the bottom of the screen for live support. If there are no rooms created OR if you don't see a room that's relevant to what you need. You can create on by clicking on the "Create Chatroom" button and one of our experts will be with you shortly.

If you wish to take your conversation privately - there is the option to do that as well by clicking on the name of the person you wish to chat privately with.

While you are there you can even send files to eachother

There is also the nifty translation feature which instantly translates the site into the language of your choosing.

Supported browsers are:
IE7 and up
Firefox
Chrome
Some users have reported problems with IE6. If you have a problem feel free to get me on chat or reply to this post.
