Missing Welds and Gaskets during a copy

Here is my situation. I piped up the relief station on the first group of Adsorbers (Relief station one.if) and then proceeded to copy it over the next station 5 stations (Relief station two.gif). I notice welds and gaskets missing on Adsorbers 2,3,4,5 and 6. I run connectivity checker on them and it states no disconnects. Then I run it again on just one line number and it comes up with 40 disconnects. I go to repair, select the component it is suppose to be connected to and it states that the ports are not open.

What happen here????

Did something happen during the copying?

I went and erased all the ones I copied. Saved then did a clean database with fasteners and then saved again.

Then I proceeded and copied the first layout for the next one. Did a save and clean database again just to see if if welds and gaskets would disappear with no problems. It has me stumped on what happen the first time around. ????
