I have deleted 2 Speciality Items from my P&ID but the tags still appear in Data Manager. And it won't let me delete them because a link still existings to a drawing. Is there a way to get rid of them?

does it give you an ID code in the error message box? i.e. "AT_GBNKYHJW" In the RelationshipInstance table you can delete all instances of the ID code & variants "AT_GBNKYHJW_4" and you hopefully can get rid of the bad pointers that way...

tkmashl , that looks more like a 'piping'- solution.
Shaneo, did you alredy run the purge rphaned data command in p&id ?

and if what Peter says doesn't work and you are POSITIVE that they are OK to delete you can go to the Tag_Reg and delete them from there directly in the database. BE SURE FIRST!

Careful deleting direct from the Tag_Reg directly. If the system believes it has a document link then the master record in the tag_reg will also have a record(s) in one or more linking tables.
