How to Add a Piping drawing folder?

I opened a project. In project.ini, there was not a piping and Equipment drawing folder. I would like to use PIPINGDWG and EQPDWG as variables adding them in project.ini [path]. Which table I should add this 2 variables?

to make my question clear,
autoplant default set %projroot%\AT_PIPE for piping drawing. If I want to change to x:\Piping\draiwngs, how to do it?

no table, just add them to project.ini. You can do that directly or through the 'project properties' in the different applications.
Are piping and equipment present in your document manager or vision ? If not, add them through the 'application setup' window. If you creat a piping document from document manager or vision, the correct variables and paths will be added automatically (after a prompt to create the new folder)

I can add it in PA, but after that, in vision, when I create a new piping drawing. a dialog box shows it will create the drawing in %projroot%\at_pipe. Although, I can choose the location, but it's painful to choose everytime.
