Whether you would like to move assemblies from one project to another for other users or if you would just like to move them from the 'system' directory to the 'project' directory, here is a quick little how to we figured out:

To move into other projects:
- Open the P&ID and create the assembly needed.
- Save in either 'Project' or 'System', for this case is does not matter. (For this example lets use System)
**Note: System Files are saved on your local drive, Project are saved within the project directory**

- Go to C:\Program Files\Bentley\Plant 2004\P&ID\Sym\Assy\
- Locate the specific assembly(.DWG) you would like to copy out. (leave the folder open)
- Go to the project directory assemblies folder. i.e. (G:\AutoPLANT 2D\51341 United Eth\Standards\P&ID\Assemblies)

- Go back to the original folder, open the user.asy file with notepad.
- Copy your assembly information.
- Paste that information into the new folder user.asy file on the bottom.

That's it. Now the Assembly which originally started in one project that I stored under System (my local drive) is now available in another project to anyone under Project.

If anyone needs a little more information on how to, please ask. I might feel lucky one day and write up a nice word document with pictures. We'll see... Enjoy!
