As a result I cannot repair the program with add/remove programs. How can I repair the install? Can I delete one?

Well after looking at a couple of machines I guess that's the way it's structured in the registry. The problem is that a windows update recently corrupted all of our SPPID installs. The fix was to repair the installs however I cannot repair on one machine. I guess I will just manually remove everything. Makes me nervous when I have to do that.

After uninstalling or deleting the Progam Files folder, there is no harm in deleting the
HKEY Local Machine -> Software -> Intergraph brach, if you have only one SmartPlant software installed. When you have also PDS and/or SmartSketch, you need to be selective in what to delete.
Manually sharching the whole registry for "SmartPlant" and deleting all the branches used to be quite common praktice for me, before we switched every SmartPlant to Citrix and only installed SmartSketch locally.

Patrick, I did that except still got registry errors. Fortunately the errors gave me the registry string (long 64 character string) that was throwing the error. I searched on that, found it, deleted it and everything installed properly.

Thanks for your reply.
