Error retrieving a published P&ID

Hello,
I'm trying to retrieve a published P&ID on a satellite, but I keep getting an error: the log file shows this information:

How can I solve the problem?

Ask Host admin take ownership back for that drawing, run DB cleanup , DB constraint report. Take required actions.
Then publish again.
