Pipe Spec and no topworks

I created a company standard pipe spec but I'm having trouble placing the topworks. I copied the operator table over fron the non-standard catalog into the company catalog but I receive a faliure error whan I attampt to place the topworks. did I miss some other operator in another catalog?
Where might I look to resolve this problem?

OK boys and girls,

I have found that because I had two different type of bolts listed with in the spec. both having the same size range. the valve was crashing when it got to the topwork dialog box. something so simple can create a real mess. I have learnt a valuable lesson on this issue. great care is required so that items are not called out for twice.
