SmartPlant P&ID link to SmartPlant Instrumentation import utility

Have anybody imported SmartPlant P&ID trough the SmartPlant Instrumentation import utility? Yes, I know you can do it the normal why with exl but there is a P&ID function at the top of the import utility.
I need a bit of help on the P&ID function.
