String List in SP P&ID

Hello.
Can i create Select List, in some field, without using DataDictionary manager, with help Automation?
For example, i fill some field manual, and this value add to List. Next tim i can choose this value or write new value, which will be added in this list...

Display custom form which has one combo box. Use LLama to get existing property value without duplication and add them to combo box.
Field type must be character/string type.

thx for this way tim, but am alredy realized like this, but our customer dont like this way. Can do it without using external forms?

dont like that additional form showing. coz it does not match technical requerenments.

I think all reference data related modifications in any tool should be done with the way software vendor has specified. You may face issues while getting support.
You need to educate your customer about this.
