Report of Custom fields

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how we can get list of custom fields used in any plant ?
Like when i login as domain admin -->activities-->Custom fields-->Item type.

I see UDFs there.

I want to generate report(Excel) per Item type which will have following columns.

Number
Definition
Field type
Length

This will be just like what we see in Admin module.

Please reply if anyone has done this? via SQL queries or in browser via or other way.
