Problem in doing save as .dgn in SPPID

Hi,

I am facing problem in saving my PID as .dgn. The system is creating 3-4 embedded files along with the .dgn file. Then to correct the problem evertime I have to create a master file in Microstation.

Please suggest some way to avoid this.
