I hve a user that is able to print yet when she does, the WN flanges on her GA are not showing up. Also some of her piping is not being hidden when it should be. Any ideas as to shat i should be looking at to resolve this??

did you verify that your print settings or your View Port is set to Hidden so that it will print properly?

is it only on the one machine? does it happen on others? Could it be a graphics card issue?

Try setting the variable HIDEPRECISION to 1. It uses more resources but you get better results with less objects dropped. If you are not hiding lines then this won't help.

I think if they used Autoplant to break/hide piping in the GA dwg you will have to load AP to get the viewports to show the pipe properly hidden/broken/etc..
Also make sure that the view is clipped in the right coordinates if the view is supposed to be clipped...

I have seen this issue on components that are partially cut by the cutting plane, might want to verify that the plane is not cutting part of these flanges.
