I have finished some works of P&ID customization for my KKS user.I defined some symbol blocks and attribute blocks. But,when I place them on P&ID drawing.I find following issues:
1, I place a kind of vessel on a new drawing for first time like following figure.

2,If I run the refresh command(P&ID-Tools > Update > Refresh Block > Global Blocks > All Blocks),the attribute block will change into like the next figure. The description attribute and size attribute disappeared.

Anyone can help me ?Please give me some advice to fix it.Any help will be appreciated in advance.
I don't know much about the KKS standards. Do you have a custom directory setup? Make sure your drawing is pointed to it or else it will replace your custom block with the default one in the "sym" folder on your local drive. Let us know if this is it.

Yes,I have a custom directory setup. The attribute block is from my custom directory.
Is this the only block that changed? Also, try erasing the tag numbers slp point (mc-att layer) and re-annotating the peice of equipment. If you really have the right custom block in your sym folder, it will work properly.

Thank you Dave!
The attribute block of the valve changed also.
What is the slp point?
so your drawing is not linked to your custom directory. type SLP at the command prompt. You will see a bunch of target looking things. circles with a cross through it. These are the data points. erase your equipment tag in questoin and re-do it. It should work. OH make sure you purge your old block out by typing PURGE and the command line and then select "purge all" BEFORE you create the new tag. Basically two things have to happen.
1. the old block must be purged.
2. the old tags slp point must be deleted.
If your custom directory is set up properly, this will work.

Thank you Dave!
Sorry,I didn't describe the status clearly. The custom directory works correctly.I have made new blocks to replace the old one.
Could you please test my customized block for me?If so ,I will send my block to you.
And following are my issues :
1,What is the function of the slp point?
2,How to erase the tag of the euipment? How to re-do?
The SLP point is the REAL link to the database. If you erase the "node" you will erase the tag from the database assuming it does not have an additional link on another drawing. Try the routine in my previous post to erase the tag.

Dave,
How to remove the all of the slp points after executing the slp command?
CATT on the slp node and make sure its the one you want to erase. Then, erase it. Careful to only delete the one you want as sometimes they are stacked ;)

I think what you are looking for is the command to get rid of the SLP nodes. If you type hidelinkpts at the command line they will disappear.
doh! Of course - Thanks Brian.
