Reducer/Spec Break Conflict

So I have been having the issue where if there is a reducer place, I receive and unhandled access error when attempting to place the spec break. Same goes for the opposite situation: If I have a spec break, I get an unhandled access error for the reducer.

Anyone else experiencing this? I have put in a service request to Brandon and Ron to hopefully figure some of this out. XM glitch?
